User/Group Management: View what content a user and/or group can access

Sometimes it's difficult to know what a person can access in NBCU Screeners. Now you can confidently know what an account or group can access. 

1. Go to User Management for users (or Group Management for groups) in https://airship.nbcuscreeners.com
2. Open the user/group in question
3. Click the "Access" Tab.

Note: For the Most part this is the same with groups, the only difference is, you must be a group manager in order see the Group Access tab.

Then simply follow the content hierarchy to the content in question and determine if they do or do not have access by the color of the icon.

Clicking on a file or folder will expand what specific permissions the user/group has for that content and if it was the result of a group membership or individual access.
